We have negotiated a special room block with the Torarica Group. Please use the booking links on this website to make your reservation at these resorts. Availability of rooms at the special CAA confererence rate is limited, so we encourage you to book your room early to secure your spot.

In the morning:
The meetings will be held in the Royal ballroom and the Banquet hall. These rooms are both on the Torarica premises.
In the evening:
The cocktail party is at the Pier of Torarica.
The Thursday Dinner and Friday After Party will be held outside Torarica. Transportation to these events is included in the conference fee.

Driving distance from the airport to Hotel Torarica is about 48 kilometers (or 30 miles), which takes between 1 and 1.5 hours of driving time depending on traffic.

Tourist cards are available online or at the airport. It is advised to buy these online before travelling via https://suriname.vfsevisa.com/. The cost of a “Single Entry E-Visa” is US$ 50 or Eur 50. Please note that holders of passports from CARICOM countries do not need to purchase a tourist card/ Single Entry E-Visa.
