Registration for the conference is now open and a 10% Early Bird Discount is available for all delegates who register by October 7th, 2025. Full in-person registration includes access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, social events and conference materials. Registration does not include a stay at the conference hotel.

Registration fees are denominated in United States Dollars (USD or US$), and are as follows:

1. Delegates will only be permitted to purchase a single one-day conference pass.
2. The one-day conference rate does not include access to evening events.
Special Discounts for Non-CAA Members
If you are a not a member of the CAA and fall in any of the following categories, you will be eligible for a special discount on the in-person or virtual conference rates. To access this discount, please send an email to caa.events@caribbeanactuaries.com with a valid ID and relevant documentation to verify your status. Verified individuals will be provided with a one-time discount code which should be used at registration check-out.

Guests
Conference delegates are allowed guests. However, guests will not be permitted to the conference meetings. Accompanying guests may attend social events with purchased social event passes.
Payment Options
Full payment is required to complete registration and the following payment options are available:
• Credit Card – Pay online for instant confirmation
• Bank Transfer – Available for groups of 5 or more. Please contact the CAA Secretariat (caa.secretariat@caribbeanactuaries.com) for banking details
Refund Policy
• Cancellation of the conference registration must be made in writing (by email or post). All cancellations made thirty or more days before the conference will not be subject to a cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than thirty days before the conference will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the conference registration fee that was remitted.
• A full refund will be considered on cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before the conference if accompanied by a medical certificate or other proof of illness.
• If accommodation has been booked this must be cancelled directly with the hotel.
