The official 2025 conference venue and hotel is the Ocean Coral Spring resort. The Ocean Coral Spring resort is a five-star 513 room all-inclusive family resort that is nestled along Jamaica’s north coast in Coral Spring, Trelawny. It’s sister resort, Ocean Eden Bay, is a five-star 444 room all-inclusive adults only resort. Guests who book with Ocean Eden Bay will have full access to the services and amenities of the adjacent Ocean Coral Spring resort.

Jamaica’s main international airports are the Sangster International Airport (MBJ, Montego Bay) and the Norman Manley International Airport (KIN, Kingston).

Ground Transportation:
The organising committee of the 2025 conference is arranging ground transfers from the KIN and MBJ airports to the conference hotel for delegates arriving to Jamaica by air on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, and Wednesday, December 10, 2025. To access this benefit, delegates will be required to provide their flight details via a booking link which will be provided after registering for the conference.
If you would like to arrange your own transportation, please note the following approximate costs for private transfers by taxi.
• MBJ – Taxis private transfers range USD $70 – $90
• KIN – Taxis private transfers range USD $150–$250
Visa Requirements:
• Many nationalities enjoy visa-free entry into Jamaica.
• Please verify visa requirements on the Passport, Immigration & Citizenship Agency (PICA) website before booking your flight.
